Client Services Coordinator

**Work experience**
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative and/or client service role
**Required skills**
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

- Experience with Outlook calendar booking features (bonus if you have experience booking meetings through Zoom or Calendly)
**Job description**
- Be a positive and professional first point of contact for our firm
- Answer client phone calls and direct inquiries to team members as required
- Assist department managers with client outreach and collecting of client information
- Assist firm partners and managers with setting up virtual and/or in person meetings
- Welcoming clients to our firm and ensuring they receive timely and supportive assistance
- Assist client services colleagues with other office support tasks
- Perform filing, sorting, and copying of client files
- Ad hoc administrative projects as assigned
