The words "impossible" and "status quo" are not in our vocabulary. **Your job**: Reporting to the Director, your main responsibilities will be: - Work with your colleagues to generate ideas and seek to identify opportunities for NBI within the various Canadian savings markets (e.g., banking channels, mutual fund dealers, full-service brokers, etc.). - Develop tools in PowerBI to help the business line better understand the industry’s evolution. - Oversee investment policy statements with internal (e.g., compliance) and external (e.g., portfolio manager) partners. - Participate in various product launch activities, regulatory reviews, and other major projects. - Formulate recommendations for answers to questions from the sales teams. - Provide content (insight) for development activities within the team. - Work on the automation and continuous improvement of key processes. - Perform certain tasks of a recurring nature and actively work to automate the process. **Your team**: NBI is an investment fund management firm engaged in the development and distribution of mutual funds, exchange traded funds, investment solutions and services designed to help Canadian investors achieve their financial goals. Our role is to act as a catalyst for savings and investment initiatives across all National Bank networks.
