**Job Summary**
We are seeking two compassionate and dedicated Female Health Care Aide's to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to individuals in private homes. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being.
**Duties**
- Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing for clients.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety during heavy lifting.
- Support meal preparation and assist clients with eating as needed.
- Administer medication according to prescribed schedules and guidelines.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean living space for clients.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to nursing staff.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) for individuals with disabilities or dementia.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
**Skills**
- Experience in assisted living, nursing home or private care settings is preferred.
- Strong background in patient care, including senior care and hospice care.
- Familiarity with working with individuals with disabilities and providing dementia care.
- Proficiency in caregiving tasks such as cleaning, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while assisting clients.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
