**Job purpose**
The Freelance Artist / Artistry Team Member is responsible for executing successful events and sales support in various retailers while representing the brand in terms of customer service, artistry, image, passion and productivity.

**Duties and responsibilities**

**Key Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Partner with Account Executive to execute Shiseido events
- Responsible for contributing to achieve event sales goals
- Responsible for providing all clients with the Shiseido experience
- Responsible for “pulling” clients
- Responsible for providing sales support during Shiseido driven events in various retailers
- Communicate and partner with Account Executive
- Ensure gondola meets expectations of cleanliness and seasonal newness
- Conduct or participate in various special events, marketing, and promotional activities
- Ability to perform skincare treatments such as facials
- Provide professional recommendations on skincare regimens and products
- Conduct consultations to assess clients' skin condition and needs

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Act as a Shiseido Ambassador
- Flexible and able to travel
- Provide well-articulated tips and tricks for new collections
- Be an impactful presence in stores whether it be sales support days or an event

**Qualifications**
- Previous customer service experience, preferably within the Cosmetics industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Full flexibility with schedule (including evenings and weekends)
- Results-driven
- Customer-focused
- Passion for Cosmetics
- Esthetician certification or license is required
- Proven experience in hospitality, sales, retail sales, or customer service
- Proficiency in skincare techniques
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and their benefits
