**RPERMA-PIPE Canada, Ltd**. is a dynamic, global supplier of pipe coating solutions and factory pre-insulated piping systems to the oil & gas, district heating and cooling and industrial markets.
Our manufacturing facility, located in Camrose, is currently recruiting an **Administrative Clerk** to add to its team. You will be required to perform an array of administrative duties including receptionist duties and entry level accounting functions. Other duties, relevant to the position, shall be assigned as required.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Provide administrative support to all departmental members.
- Review and prepare documents, reports and other correspondence materials for the management team.
- Provide clerical support including data entry.
- Assist with processing supplier payments
- Assisting with audit requests
- Generate Po's
- Assist with Accounts Payable process including deposits
- Assist with generating customer invoices
- Monthly Vendor Reconciliations
- Assist with month end close process
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions.
- Other duties, relevant to the position, shall be assigned as required.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Accounting Certificate, Diploma or equivalent an asset.
- Relevant accounting experience an asset
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and other Office software
