The Selling Sales Manager’s main goal is to redeem the annual sales plan for Trotter & Morton Facility Services’ approved pricing standards and meet planned growth, profit, and customer retention goals while redeeming customer obligations in a timely, cost-effective, high-quality manner.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Grow the overall maintenance base in the Local Market by making sales and meeting targets
- Build a team of successful Maintenance Sales Representatives
- Assist in building the plan for maintenance sales on an annual basis
- Maintain a sales funnel along with selling a discounted quarterly sales plan
- Perform all hiring of personnel, disciplinary actions, mentoring and training of new Maintenance Sales Representatives within your Location with the assistance of direct supervisor
- Manage the day to day activity of new and seasoned representatives
- Assist with the onboarding, mentoring, training of new representatives
- Keep Vtiger and Sales tracker running with the Pricing, Proposals and Agreements; this goes for training and checking all aspects of Vtiger and Sales Tracker for any new Maintenance Sales Representative’s until properly trained
- Approve pricing for Maintenance Sales Representatives with sign off from Operations
- Weekly Par meetings with Maintenance Sales Representatives
- Weekly Par meetings with direct supervisor on activity of the group as well as personal activity, Vtiger and Sales tracker items and projects being worked on
- Aid in contract retention when asked for upon request
- Other responsibilities may be required as requested
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Leadership and mentoring skills
- Planning and organizational skills including planning and efficiently scheduling appointments and managing time to assure maximum productivity
- Customer service skills including understanding the client’s organization and decision-making process
- Problem solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills including building and maintaining rapport and positive working relations with field, office and management personnel to resolve problems, exploit opportunities, and maximize profit
- Strong attention to detail
**Required Experience**
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in performing sales and estimating
- Sufficiently understand mechanical systems in order to accurately appraise system components, evaluate conditions and recommend appropriate solutions for customers
- Previous experience coordinating staff or other contractor personnel to provide solutions for presentations to customers
- Ability to analyze and interpret plans, specifications, contract documents and control drawings
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and currently maintain a safe driving record as required by the company’s insurance provider
- Must possess a valid Passport and be able to travel within North America for training
- Must take a leadership course if not already completed
