Parenting Program Co-lead Facilitator

**Responsibilities**:

- Co-lead parenting sessions, including planning, execution, and review, to ensure they meet program objectives and participant needs.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with participants, providing support and encouragement to foster a welcoming and inclusive community.
- Implement strategies to promote active participation, mutual respect, and constructive feedback among session participants.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and participant satisfaction, suggesting improvements or adjustments to meet evolving needs.
- Adhere to confidentiality and ethical guidelines, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all participants.

**Skills Needed**:

- Proficiency in speaking Arabic
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of participants.
- Experience in group facilitation, teaching, or community engagement, with a focus on adult learners and/or parenting education.
- Ability to create and maintain a positive, supportive group dynamic, managing conflicts and sensitive issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Solid organizational skills, including planning, time management, and the ability to adapt to changing needs or circumstances.
- Knowledge of parenting theories, child development, and family dynamics, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Cultural competence and the ability to connect with individuals from various backgrounds and experiences.
