**About the Opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a People Analytics Expert to partner with our Delivery team and transform the way we collect, analyze, and leverage data. This role will lead the growth of our analytics and research practice, while helping us support our clients with turning data into meaningful and strategic insights. In the process, you’ll help build more authentic, magnetic Employer Brand and Cultures for some of the most reputable brands around the world.

If you have a passion for quantitative and qualitative research, know your way around various technology tools and platforms, and have outstanding project management, organizational, and communication skills, we want to hear from you.

**In this role you will**:

- Collaborate with and support the Delivery team and key stakeholders, using data to influence strategic business decisions, and scale insights as we grow
- Use a variety of established quantitative and qualitative methods (including surveys, focus groups, database mining, external benchmarking, etc.) to collect data from internal and external sources relating to people analytics
- Analyze and interpret large and complex people data sets to distill insights, connecting disparate ideas into cohesive, well-grounded recommendations and solutions for our clients
- Contribute to the creation of presentation materials relating to workforce research for client discussions and reports
- Review our existing workforce research processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization
- Partner with internal stakeholders and our head of Learning and Enablement to enhance our methodology and training from a research perspective
- Build dashboards and set KPI’s to help enhance our employer branding, culture, recruitment, and recruitment marketing projects
- Uncover industry and client trends to help drive the creation of thought leadership, marketing materials, and innovation

**You’ll thrive in this role if you have**:

- Education and training in a quantitative field, computer science, economics, or other relevant areas
- Experience transforming and analyzing HR & People data from multiple sources to drive business insights
- Built and delivered analytical and BI solutions, such as scorecards, dashboards, and accompanying training materials
- Delivered recommendations and presentations to senior level stakeholders, using data to tell a compelling story relevant to the audience
- Excellent interpersonal skills, written, and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and creativity
- Experience with Boolean logic
- SQL, big querying, data mining & cleaning skills are a bonus
