Hello All,

Hope all is well.
- **Position-Maintenance Planner.**_
- **This is a permanent full-time role based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada**_

**Qualifications**:

- Education Required: Trade certificate or college diploma
- Experience Required: 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrated planning ability for Industrial or Engineering environment
- Proven ability to operate within a CMMS program with additional experience utilizing MS Office Suite packages.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with cross functional departments
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic, continuous improvement environment
- Proven ability to lead and implement safety and regulatory processes and guidelines
- All successful applicants must meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Planning
- Plans maintenance activities
- Develops scope of activity budget and duration
- Participates in material and equipment ordering
- Preventative maintenance review process
- Review preventative maintenance activities to ensure effectiveness
- Coordinate maintenance priorities:

- Maintenance work orders
- Service contracts
- Shipyard parking
- Maintenance program improvements
- Participates in maintenance program improvement initiatives
- Proposes improvement activities for assigned tasks
- Key Performance Indicators
- Completes assigned activities to meet or exceed department key performance indicators
- Manages daily work order backlog
- Ensures 4-week look ahead planning is complete

Pay: $40.00-$60.00 per hour
