We’re a friendly, collaborative office in Pickering looking for a Level II Dental Assistant who shares our positive energy, strong work ethic, and commitment to creating meaningful patient connections—and who’s ready to step up as our main assistant.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- NDAEB Certified
- CPR Certified
- Level II Dental Assistant Diploma
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Someone who’s looking to build a career
- A natural leader: organized, proactive, and committed to steering the team toward excellence
- Strong attention to sterilization, lab duties, and inventory management
- Great at building trust with patients and creating a calm, caring environment

**Duties Include**:

- Daily/weekly/monthly sterilization and equipment maintenance
- Daily dentist and hygienist checklist
- Monthly ordering and stock management
- Basic lab tasks (pouring up impressions, making night guards)
- Digital charting with Tracker software

**Compensation & Perks**:

- $26-$30/hour (based on experience)
- Bonus program after 3-month probation
- $1,000 Health Spending Account after 3 months
- Free parking
- Working interview rate: $25/hour

**Schedule**:
We operate on a 2-week alternating schedule to support work-life balance:
**Week One**
- Mon: 8:30 am - 8:30 pm
- Tues: 8:30 am - 3:00 pm
- Wed: 8:30 am - 7:30 pm
- Thurs: 8:30 am - 3:00 pm
- Fri (if needed): 8:30 am - 2:30 pm

**Week Two**
- Mon-Thurs: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
- Fri (if needed): 8:30 am - 2:30 pm

Working interviews to be scheduled before August 6
