The EXP Mining is currently seeking a Mechanical EIT to join our fast-paced and rapidly expanding Mining group in Sudbury Ontario.
The Mechanical EIT will work under the supervision of the senior engineers and project managers on surface and underground mining projects. The Mechanical EIT will also be required to undertake site visits to review construction work and prepare construction review reports.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Knowledgeable in the design of Mining systems
- Possess MS Office skills.
- Strong people skills, and ability to work with a wide variety of staff
- Mining, construction field experience is preferred
- Any experience in the engineering, consulting or mining industry is preferred
**Skills & Knowledge You Bring**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university
- EIT registration
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Attention to detail and accuracy;
- Good interpersonal skills that focus on meeting customer requirements;
- Valid Drivers License
