We are currently looking for ERP Application Support Specialists to join our team In this role, you will support our AutoPoint Evolution ERP software. This is a full-time permanent, salaried position.

Key Position Functions:

- Support large, multi-user sites running inventory control/accounting software in a mixed Linux and Windows environment
- Partner with end-users, clients, and/or senior management to understand and define the business requirements for implementation of various business processes of the ERP system
- Provide essential troubleshooting and support to end-users and clients in a timely manner
- Prepare and conduct user training
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting and guidance for end-users and clients
- Perform mass data updates and exports/imports; fix and resolve errors
- Occasional travel may be required
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Post-secondary education in Finance/Accounting, Business, Computer Science and/or Information Systems
- Experience with ERP software for parts, inventory control, or accounting an asset
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows environments
- Experience with supply chain management, finance/accounting, document management an asset
- Experience with business requirements gathering and analysis an asset
- Previous experience managing project deliverables in order to meet client expectations
- Professionalism in dealing with all levels of management and staff internally and externally
- Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, customer service, time management, and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as a part of team in a fast-paced environment
