The Sales Support representative is an administrative role and is responsible for supporting the Inside Sales team with the processing of orders using various methods and within defined service level agreements.

**Responsibilities**
- Work with Inside Sales Team to facilitate the accurate and timely processing of all customer purchase orders
- Identify potential errors or omissions on purchase orders and work with the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) or customer to resolve
- Provide confirmations to customers upon receipt and entry of an order
- Provide estimated delivery date confirmation to customers
- Re-allocate product as required based on delivery requirements
- Working with distribution and/or the Compugen buyer on cancellations due to stock availability, customer cancellation, EOL/discontinued product, etc
- Ensure that orders are released from all holds within 4 hours and if issues arise that the issue is escalated to the ISR immediately
- Facilitate returns on behalf of the ISR
- Understand internal process regarding all aspects of order management
- Manage open orders

**Qualifications**
- A philosophy that customer service is important above all
- Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
- Excellent attention to detail
- Understanding of supply chain models & processes an asset
- Post-Secondary education or equivalent work experience an asset but not necessary, we will train
