We are a looking for a reliable, hard-working, and devoted handyman. You will be responsible for general renovations and maintenance duties, such as:

- Drywall (repair and replacements)
- Plaster
- Paint
- Ceramic tiles
- Minor plumbing
- Minor electrical
- Caulking and finishing
- Countertops (repairs and installation and replacements)
- Kitchen Cabinets
- General cleaning
- **Majority of work is in Hi-Rise rental apartments, with some jobs at commercial properties**_

This is a full-time position (not for general contractors). Serious applicants only.

**Salary based on experience and will be fair and negotiable.**
- $42,000 - $58,000 (based on experience)
- Monday - Friday
- 9:00AM to 5:15 PM

- Competent with power and hand tools
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Well-organized and apt in problem-solving
- Take photos of deficiencies and finished work as required for documenting maintenance repairs and damage
- Utilizing skills in carpentry, drywall, painting, minor plumbing and electrical repairs, flooring, cabinetry, countertop repair/replacement, lock replacement, etc.
- An ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to interact with tenants and landlords in a professional manner
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Able to travel to various work sites
- References upon request

**Preferred but not Required**:

- Own tools (if not, tools will be provided)
