**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Supervise front-of-house employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain high standards of food handling and safety practices to ensure quality service.
- Foster a positive dining experience by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving restaurant performance.
- Assist in training new staff members on restaurant policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Help manage inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as necessary to maintain operational efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles is required.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise staff effectively.
- Experience in kitchen operations is a plus, including familiarity with cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
