Order Selector

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Pick, stage, and receive products based on order invoices and priority.
- Verify and check products before transporting to customer locations
- Load products directly into trailers once orders are picked.
- Safely operate a pallet jack and standard wooden pallets to navigate warehouse and pick specific products and quantities.
- Return empty pallets to the facility after completing orders.
- Perform circle checks on equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, and complete necessary forms.
- Ensure that forklifts are plugged in and stored properly at the end of each shift.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas by adhering to housekeeping standards.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Basic math, reading comprehension, and writing skills.
- Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds.
- Previous experience as an Order Selector or in a similar role is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of lifting and moving heavy items.
- Ability to work in refrigerated warehouse conditions.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Multitasking ability and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.

**Work Conditions**
- Warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures.
- Physical work requiring lifting, moving, and standing for extended periods.
- Full-time position with shifts that may vary.
