**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Strategy & SEO-Driven Planning**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO-focused content strategy that aligns with our brand objectives and meets audience needs.
- Lead the creation and management of a content calendar, incorporating SEO best practices and high-priority keywords to target strategic topics across blog posts, landing pages, and other content formats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure alignment of content with SEO and business growth goals.
**Content Creation & AI-Enhanced SEO Optimization**
- Write and edit SEO-driven content using keyword research, content briefs, and on-page SEO elements, including meta descriptions, headers, and internal links.
- Ensure content is optimized for all channels and aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives for our brands.
**Audience, SEO & Market Research**
- Conduct ongoing keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience research to identify trending topics and opportunities for SEO-driven content.
- Stay up-to-date on search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and competitive activities to continuously optimize and improve content.
**Analytics, SEO Reporting & Performance Optimization**
- Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to monitor content performance, focusing on metrics such as organic traffic, bounce rate, and keyword rankings.
- Report on SEO KPIs, providing insights and data-backed recommendations for content adjustments and SEO improvements.
**Content Distribution & SEO Link-Building**
- Collaborate with the digital advertising teams to amplify reach and build quality backlinks to support search visibility.
**Vendor Management**.
- Coordinate with external agencies or content platforms as needed to support content creation and distribution.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years in content marketing, with a strong emphasis on SEO-focused content and proven success in improving organic search rankings.
- **SEO Expertise**: In-depth understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and web traffic metrics, with a track record of creating SEO-friendly content.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency with AI content generation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI), analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs), and CMS platforms like WordPress.
- **Content Creation Skills**: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with strong attention to SEO-specific elements like meta tags and alt text.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
**Preferred Skills**:
- **AI & SEO Content Creation**: Experience in AI-powered content creation for SEO across various formats (text, images, video) and a strong grasp of using AI tools to enhance SEO impact.
- **B2C Industry Knowledge**: Experience in B2C sectors, particularly healthcare, technology, or e-commerce, to tailor content to relevant audiences and industry standards.
- **Design Proficiency**: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design tools for creating SEO-optimized visuals.
- **Certifications**: SEO or content marketing certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush Academy) are an asset.
