Full Time Highly Skilled Painter/paint Preparation

We are a full service high end design build company in Oakville, specializing in residential large scale renovations and additions. We are looking for a full time painter for our team that is experienced in high end residential interior painting. This is a full time employment position at an hourly rate not a subtrade arrangement.

Must have at least 5+ years of experience in painting

**About you**:

- high end trim/carpentry fill and finish, caulking
- Paint Prep ( drywall touch-ups/ sanding with High quality finish)
- interior painting
- staining (bonus)
- some exterior paint work.
- Excellent site protection while working in finished spaces
- Able to provide accurate paint take-offs and material lists
- Highest-quality standards for your work and pride in the quality, execution and cleanliness
- Organizational skills
- Knowledge of multiple painting style and techniques and finishes
- Self Directed. Able to work independently with and without supervision
- Ability to work as a team and guide/direct for desired vision and quality.
- Tools and transportation required to complete tasks associated to painting

- Able to work in Oakville and surrounding areas (30-50km radius)
- Own bank account and direct deposit form
