As a key member of the Distribution Center team, your leadership and operational expertise will be crucial in overseeing the daily warehouse operations, ensuring all staff efficiently execute their duties to ship and receive products accurately and on time. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the success and seamless functioning of the distribution center. Other duties include:

- Managing inventory levels and maintaining accuracy between physical stock and system data
- Responding to shipping discrepancies and ensuring first-call resolution with the Customer Service Desk
- Reviewing and approving payroll and managing employee relations, including performance feedback and team development
- Ensuring adherence to safety policies and procedures in the workplace
- Managing the transportation and on-time delivery of goods, ensuring cost-efficient processes and compliance with contracted freight companies
- Completing quarterly inventory counts and collaborating with Inventory Management to optimize stock levels based on market needs
- Design and implement distribution and customer service strategies aligned with the organization's goals, utilizing operational metrics to drive improvements and ensure adherence to end-to-end processes and procedures for inbound and outbound operations.

**What does it take to get on track?**
- Completion of high school diploma or GED and 5 years of customer service experience
- A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in the distribution industry is required, or a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.
- Previous experience in managing a warehouse and customer service staff is considered a strong asset.
- Supply Chain Management courses and certificates are preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
