What will your typical day look like? As a packager, you will help produce painted auto parts by**:(Responsibilities & Accountabilities)**
- Loading, unloading, picking, prepping, packing, shipping & receiving.
- Perform final inspection for order completeness and quality.
- Adhering to the company’s strict quality standards.
- This position requires the ability to transition to other tasks when warehouse orders are fulfilled, such as packaging or production duties.
- Willing and able to follow specific instructions and perform repetitive tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Other duties as assigned by managers.
What do you have to offer? **(Qualifications)**
- A keen attention to details and ability to recall/remember applicable procedures.
- Ability to work both independently and as a part of a diverse team, in a fast-paced environment; collaborations skills, as well as the ability to influence others.
- Work with computer system to retrieve orders, print invoices/packing slips, and generate shipping labels.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs.
**Administration**:
- Willingly accepts responsibility of sharing skills and knowledge with other employees.
- Be a productive team member and help to meet established departmental and company goals.
- Effectively gives and receives feedback and willingly ask questions and seeks direction when needed.
