**Responsibilities**:

- Assist journeyman electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Learn and follow electrical codes, safety guidelines, and industry best practices.
- Assist with the layout, assembly, and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Use hand and power tools to perform electrical tasks under supervision.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and assist in making necessary repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Continuously develop your electrical knowledge and skills through on-the-job training.
- Follow safety protocols and promote a culture of safety on job sites.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Enthusiasm for a career in the electrical field.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow directions and work under supervision.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and at different job sites.
