**PART-TIME JOB OPPORTUNITY**

**LCAA Lake Club and Centre Club Facility Operator**

The Lakestone Communities Amenities Association (LCAA) is looking to fill a part-time Facility Operator position at the Lake Club and Centre Club (Clubs). The Clubs are customer service and safety focused environments. This position is responsible for facilities’ operation, as well as following all required safety protocols, which includes but is not limited to keeping the Clubs safe, clean and presentable for LCAA members to enjoy.

**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Be prepared to complete appropriate safety training provided by the LCAA. Including, but not limited to WHIMIS and First Aid training.
- Prepared to complete Pool Operator Level 1 Certification Course.
- Perform regular maintenance of the pool and facilities by:

- Inspecting, cleaning pool areas, equipment and conducting pool maintenance such as:
▪ chemical tests

▪ adding chemicals

▪ adjusting water levels and temperature
- Ensuring the interior and exterior of the Club buildings are kept clean, operational and in good repair.
- Regular inspection of Club gyms and equipment, ensuring all is clean and in working order.
- Monitor, enforce and follow Rules Procedures and Rules Violation Procedures.
- Report rule violators to the LCAA Management Committee.
- Post notices when requested to do so by the LCAA Management Committee.
- Assist with trades as site contact when required.
- Any other job duties as directed by the Facility Superintendent, or LCAA Management Committee.
- Perform all functions that may be required from time to time to satisfy any and all fire code and safety requirements.
- Prepare detailed incident reports of any accidents or altercation.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Ability to deal with Members in a positive, courteous, and respectful manner.
- Excellent leadership skills, work ethic, communication, and organizational skills.
- Be efficient in Google Docs and Microsoft Word.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50lbs.
- Be able to work with cleaning and pool chemicals.
- Detail oriented.
- Be able to take direction and able to work well with mínimal supervision, as well as perform in a team environment.
- Previous experience is an asset.

**Job Type**:Part-Time - Hourly

**Part-Time Hours**:30 hours per week

**Wage Rate**:From $20.00 per hour (based on qualifications)

**Schedule**:Varied - Days/Evenings/Weekends

**Start Date**:As soon as possible
