**Position Overview**
To make travel reservations for C-Suite (or similar) corporate travelers in accordance with their travel policy, covering all aspects of Executive Elite (VIP) business travel.
This is a fully remote position.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide a high level of customized service to a variety of high expectation clients, including upgrades, rewards tickets and travel reconfirmations.
- Provide accurate thorough and complex travel information, using appropriate resources to stay informed on current international events and travel requirements.
- Proactively ensure travel profiles are up to date and inclusive of elevated traveller requirements such as frequent guest/traveller/renter numbers, specific personal travel preferences, etc.
- Plan itineraries, book airline reservations and arrange accommodations, car bookings and other services as required, keeping the customer’s travel policy top of mind.
- Research and provide solutions to client travel-related problems
- Build and retain strong relationships with Executive Elite travellers and/or their Executive Assistants.
- Build and retain strong relationships with suppliers as to garner their favor when something “out of the box” is required.
- Provide an exceptional level of customer services to both travellers and their Executive Assistants

**Basic Qualifications**
- Minimum 10 years corporate travel advisor experience with preference given to those with VIP background.
- Strong and recent experience in booking and pricing international travel.
- Extensive airline and supplier knowledge including a strong understanding of frequent traveller programs, specifically at the higher perk levels.
- Recent Sabre proficiency is necessity.
- Able to work across multiple time zones
- Strong ability to multi-task.
- Exceptional relationship building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities to ensure customer satisfaction levels are achieved.
