**As an Asphalt Plant Operator, You Will**:

- Responsible for producing mixes as required
- Monitor the plant to ensure proper and efficient plant operations
- Maintain proper plant maintenance
- Track day-to-day operations
- Oversee staff
- Produce daily reports as required
- Other duties as required

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Welding experience is considered an asset
- Millwright or certified mechanic is an asset
- Mechanically inclined
- Comfortable in construction environment (ex. Outside, noisy, fumes, duty environment)
- Ability to sit, stand or drive more than 90 minutes per day
- Ability to lift 50 lbs/22.7 kg
- Basic computer knowledge
- Has an OSSD or equivalent diploma
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and make prompt, sound decisions
- Be a team player
- Have flexibility to work overtime & weekends
- Travel required
