The Night Auditor will play a pivotal role as the primary client contact, ensuring effective delivery of product and services through liaison between sales and operation departments, contributing to guest retention through personalized service and execution of company and brand initiatives.

Job Functions:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare the daily night audit proceedings and system back-ups
- Audit, balance and report on all cash and credit operations to include but not limited to, over/short figures, deposits, counts, house charges, postings, etc. and reset all registers to ensure accurate, timely information.
- Audit, balance, post and report on the front desk to include but not limited to; room charges, zero balance folios, corrections, adjustments, taxes, disputed charges, over/short figures, deposits to ensure accuracy and verify proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Ensure any discrepancies are reported and brought to the attention of the Rooms Division Manager.
- Prepare Daily Operations reports accurately
- Assist in taking and placing wake-up calls, as needed.
- Perform the duties of Guest Service Agent including check in/check out.
- Have thorough knowledge of emergency and front office procedures.
- Ensure the safety and well being of guests and staff during the overnight period.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.69 per hour
