**Overview**

**Duties**
- Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Assist in the training and development of staff in areas such as food preparation, bartending, and cash handling.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock to minimize waste.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food service area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and presentation of food items.
- Utilize POS systems for processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Help create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration among staff.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff.
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and experience with POS systems.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.
- Experience in cooking or bartending is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
