**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 2 years** of experience in a medical clinic management role
- Experience as a **team lead or manager** (required)
- **Proficiency with Oscar EMR** (required)
- Knowledge of **OHIP billing**:

- Nursing or clinical background (preferred)
- Certification in phlebotomy and injections
- Strong multitasking, communication, and leadership skills
