**Position Description**:
We are looking for a Clinical Specialist (Respiratory Therapist, Nurse or Physician) to be the support for our sales team, R&D, distributors and customers.

Starting Date: as soon as possible

Work Schedule: Full time

**Job Requirements**:
Languages: English - Bilingual (English, French) would be an asset.

Education: Degree or diploma is mandatory.

Experience: minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Implementing, using, or educating relevant medical device solutions in the healthcare environment.
- Position requires travel including overnight stays.
- Travel will vary and can be frequent at times. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and consistent customer focus.

**Specific skills**:
The Clinical Specialist will assist in planning and conducting customer in-services and will provide clinical support to sales, R&D and to the quality department.

This role will require full responsibility for customer engagement, will support the clinical trials/demonstrations of the products, provide education and training to clinicians and end-users. Experience with Mechanical ventilation and analgesia is required.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Act as the user’s consultant, seemingly independent of the sales process.
- Collect market information, understand user needs, and inform sales and marketing.
- Provide information to the sales force about user needs, and market requirements.
- Manage in-service schedule within the hospital, clinic or EMS provider.
- Plan and organize demonstrations of equipment, in conjunction with sales and as defined by sales management.
- Organize events based on technique and/or therapy to support the company’s solutions.
- Ensure optimal delivery of Clinical Education for customers, in-person or online.
- Provide ongoing customer support.
