**We are currently looking to have a Parking Host join our team at Canada Place**

**Shift Available**:

- Part Time - Flexible with Days
- 7am to 3pm

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Engages, greets, and acknowledges all guests.
- Establishes a rapport with our regular guests.
- Maintains a professional outlook (no personal cellphones unless during breaks).
- Controls traffic flow and offers directions when needed.
- Assists guests with pay stations.
- Answers work phone calls and helps guests with any enquires.
- Ensures cleanliness and tidiness of the parkade.
- Ensures all pay stations are in working order.
- Ensures all signage is in good condition and in the right place.
- Shows presence at the parkade to deter any thefts (stairwells, exit doors, etc.).
- Communicates and maintains a good relationship with other departments (Patrols, Security, Maintenance, etc.).
- Reports any abnormalities to the Manager.
- Follows Standard Operation Procedures provided by managers.
- Performs any other duties that may be assigned by the Managers.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to stand an extended period of time.
- Ability to diffuse difficult customer service situations, both over the phone and in-person.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to pass a Criminal Record Check.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $17.50 per hour

- French not required
