We’re looking for a Cashier and Customer Service Supervisor to join our team and lead by example in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Position Overview**:
As the Cashier and Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing customer interactions, managing the cashier station, and ensuring our guests have an outstanding dining experience. You will lead a team of cashiers and customer service staff, ensuring they provide efficient, friendly, and high-quality service while maintaining a positive, smooth operation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the cashier team, ensuring efficient and friendly service at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Oversee cash handling and ensure accurate transactions at the register.
- Train, motivate, and support the cashier and customer service team.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
- Ensure the front-of-house team is following all restaurant policies and procedures, including food safety and health regulations.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization at the cashier and customer service stations.
- Help create and maintain a positive, friendly, and team-oriented work environment.
- Perform opening and closing duties for the front-of-house operations as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in customer service or cashier roles, preferably in the food service industry.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Experience handling cash and working with a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
