Location: 3333 James Snow Parkway North, Milton, ON L9T 8L1 Pay: CA$32.00/hr - CA$36.00/hr Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM Position Responsibilities Build and maintain rapport with customers over phone and email. Own an assigned portfolio of past‑due accounts. Maintain low portfolio aging by working with customers to resolve reasons for overdue payments. Collaborate with a team of enthusiastic professionals to minimize aging / bad debt. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Bilingual (English / French) – fluent in both verbal and written forms. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Prior call center experience / bookkeeping a plus.
