**Contract**: 5 months

Let’s start by letting you know which area we are hiring for which is Individual Insurance Operations. We directly support Advisors and Clients with Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Guaranteed Savings and Retirement products. Our world is focused on providing accurate and timely tax reporting and calculations for Advisors, Clients and our internal business partners.

**As an Associate on our In Force Taxation team, you will**:
- Calculate policy tax values to deliver on the requestor’s needs.
- Develop knowledge of our products and our systems to understand the nuances to consider and what to look out for when processing requests.
- Use your attention to detail and time management skills to deliver requests accurately and efficiently.
- Leverage your problem-solving skills to identify opportunities to improve our processes or do something differently.
- Use your experience of providing great service to delight our Advisors and Clients
- Participate a rotational phone schedule to ensure coverage from 8am to 5pm.
