**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage all aspects of hotel operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and improve guest satisfaction.
- Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations of staff members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards in food quality and cleanliness.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to achieve operational goals.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Utilize POS systems for efficient order processing and inventory management.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Experience**
- Proven experience of minimum 2 years as a Hotel Manager t or a similar role within the hospitality industry is essential.
- Minimum 5 experience required in the hotel industry or similar industry.
- Strong background in customer service with the ability to create memorable dining experiences for guests.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for operational efficiency is desirable.
- Financial experience of handling payrolls and coordinating with accounts departments.
- Minimum education required as hospitality graduate or similar.
