The restaurant business is all about people. Here at our Drayton Valley Location we are looking for smiling faces with the right blend of smarts and personality to join our team. Currently we are looking an Assistant General Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist and take direction from General Manager
- Commitment to 100% Customer Satisfaction and Exceptional Dining Experience
- Follow, Adhere and Implement Mr. Mikes Guidelines and Standards
- Commitment to ensuring all customer concerns and complaints are dealt with promptly and in such a way that that our customers return in the future
- Hiring, Training and Development of new and seasoned staff to ensure maximum productivity and customer satisfaction
- Guarantee to create and maintain a positive work environment for the entire Mr.Mike’s team
- Day to Day Operations, including but not limited to, team leadership, customer satisfaction, quality assurance, inventory and ordering, as well as health and safety

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
