**General Job Description**
The primary function of this position is to support the Operations Manager in routine warehouse operation. Work in a positive manner with Management, Sales and Administration while reporting to the Operations Manager.
**Primary Responsibilities May Include, but are not limited to**:
- Offloading semi-trailers
- Checking shipments against and marking off receiving documents
- Stocking all stock inventory in the warehouse
- Managing inventory items, including inputting excess items from projects into inventory
- Picking product for projects or warehouse stock transfers
- Skidding and wrapping product
- Loading delivery trucks
- Driving warehouse transfers between Regina and Saskatoon
- Keeping warehouse clean and organized at all times
- Make runs to the City dump
- Operate a forklift and pallet-jacks in the warehouse and inside semi trailers
- Provide maintenance and care of the delivery fleet
- Support Operations Manager in writing work orders
- Assist the Installation team with furniture or walls installs
- Make product deliveries to customers
- General building maintenance duties such as cleaning
- Some data entry into our operating systems will be required
- Run general errands such as buying shop supplies
- Receive & coordinate deliveries with shipping companies
- File & manage deficiency & freight damage claims with carriers, manufacturers and suppliers as required
- General warehouse duties
- Provide timely, reactive and proactive resource support for miscellaneous projects & duties as assigned by Management
- This role will require out of town travel, possibly for extended periods based on our project requirements
- Maintain professionalism conduct at all times.
**HOURS OF WORK - GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**
- A 40 hour work week is to be fulfilled Monday - Friday during our regular business hours of 7:30am -4:30pm. Some semi-trailer unloading will require work starting at approximately 5:00am on certain days throughout the week.
- Overtime may be required and will be paid at 1.5 x regular hourly rate or banked for time off in lieu of pay at your discretion.
- Lunch hour of 1 hour daily - time to be negotiated
- Due to the nature of our business, hours of work will include evenings and weekends as required
- Travel will be required for project installations, warehouse transfers, and training.
**COMPENSATION**
**_Wages_**
Hourly wages (to be agreed) will be paid based on experience
Overtime will be paid at the rate 1.5X the hourly rate - and paid in the following pay/reporting period or banked for time off in lieu of payment at your discretion.
Annual performance reviews will be completed and compensation adjusted accordingly.

C3BI is pleased to offer all employees a mandatory benefits package, our benefits provider is Group Medical Services, a sample benefits package is enclosed for review. The benefits package is made available to you on a 50/50 cost shared basis.
**RSP**
C3BI is pleased to offer all employees a mandatory RSP contribution package, our RSP provider and manager is Investors Group. Each employee will have 3% of gross earnings deducted and invested in their individual RSP account monthly, C3BI will provide a matching contribution of 3% of gross earnings to each employee monthly. Employees may wish to increase their monthly RSP contribution % of earnings but the C3BI matching contribution will remain at a maximum of 3%.
- Note: C3BI has paused its 3% contribution during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Employee contributions are currently optional. Upon resumption of C3BI’s contribution, employee contributions will again become mandatory._
**_Vehicle Allowance_**
There may be a requirement to occasionally use your personal vehicle to travel outside of The City of Regina/Saskatoon, if required, you will be compensated at the rate of $0.40 / km based on the submission of approved distance reports.
You must retain a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle as a condition of employment in this role.
**Probation Period**
This position is offered on a probationary period of 6 months. Employment can be terminated during the probationary period by either you or C3BI without any notice or pay in lieu. After the probationary period, you will become fully eligible for C3BI employee benefits.
