**Job Description**:
You implement software. You have had meetings with clients and identified requirements and translated them to software solutions. You’ve managed clients and set expectations. You’ve got monthly billable hours - hitting all the minimums As a Professional Services Consultant, you will be providing consulting and software implementation services to our customers on Sage Intacct ERP financial management software and other Sage software.

**BILINGUAL IS A MUST (ENGLISH/FRENCH)**

The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, education, and experience. Certain provinces in Canada require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range applicable to the role.

For this role, in those locations, the target salary range for new hires is: $73,000 to $110,000 CAD.

Key Responsibilities

:

- You will be delivering services to customers following our Project Delivery Methodology and utilizing our service delivery tools while adhering to project plans and staying within a project’s scope (as defined in the signed Statement of Work).
- You will be designing and configuring solutions addressing customer requirements in the Sage Intacct core financials and related business functions/modules (examples include Company, General Ledger, Purchasing/Accounts Payable, Order Entry/Accounts Receivable, Time & Expense, sales tax, and inter-entity accounting).
- You will be managing customer legacy system data migration including performing data import template reviews, identifying/resolving customer population errors, and loading the data via the Sage Intacct user interface.
- You will develop dashboards, financial reports, custom reports, and invoice print templates.
- Its essential that you complete assignments on-time and provide regular status updates on work assignments to Project Managers and our customers.
- You will keep current on the latest software features and enhancements released quarterly by Product Management.

- Bilingual in English and French (Canada)
- 2+ years of experience providing consulting services to customers and implementing ERP/financial management software solutions (Sage Intacct experience nice-to-have).
- Knowledge of financial accounting and accounting principles (MBA and/or CPA nice-to-have).
- Exposure to a broad range of industries and business scenarios (examples include grant-based non-profit, software provider, contract management, services project accounting, revenue management, franchise model, wealth and asset management, healthcare, and warehouse/inventory management).
- Experience working on multiple customer projects concurrently with ability to plan and deliver disparate work assignments on-time and fulfill commitments.
- Familiarity with implementing SaaS software and an intuitiveness/passion for software and technology.
