**Liquor Store Clerk**

Swans Cold Beer & Wine Store is looking for people who are passionate about beer, wine, spirits, and hospitality. The Clerk position is responsible for providing the most positive service, helping guests find and learn about products, and constantly learning about featured and new products.

Swans Cold Beer & Wine Store has become a full service Liquor Store providing guests with a different experience from most liquor stores.

We are not just a Liquor Store but also a Brewery and Pub and have been a staple in Victoria for 30 years

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide a high level of customer service by establishing contact, greeting customers, answer customer product questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Initiate opportunities for additional sales.
- Maintain a balanced float while on shift and count cash drawer at the end of shift.
- Assists in receiving and storing products.
- Stock shelves and display areas, and keep stock in a clean and visually appealing order.
- Cleans and maintains store and equipment.
- Handle products and operate equipment adequately.
- Participate in maintaining a prosperous and enjoyable work environment for all staff.
- Other related duties.

- Previous cashier and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, such as retail, hospitality, or food services.
- Proficiency at solving problems efficiently and effectively.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and potential holiday shifts.

- Able to standing / move for 4-8 hours, lift and or carry products up to 25lbs frequently, lift above the shoulders.
