**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and weeding to ensure gardens are well-kept.
- Utilize various power tools and hand tools for planting, pruning, and maintaining plants.
- Assist in the design and layout of new garden areas, incorporating diverse plant species for optimal growth.
- Manage greenhouse operations, including planting seeds, watering plants, and monitoring growth conditions.
- Conduct regular inspections of garden areas to identify pest issues or diseases affecting plants.
- Collaborate with team members to develop seasonal planting schedules and maintain soil health.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment used in gardening tasks.
- Provide general lawn care services to ensure healthy grass growth and appearance.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or groundskeeping is preferred.
- Familiarity with farm operations or greenhouse management is a plus.
- Proficient in the use of power tools and hand tools related to gardening tasks.
- Strong knowledge of plant care techniques including watering, fertilizing, and pest control.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physical labor.
- Excellent attention to detail with a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay: $22.03-$26.53 per hour
