**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions including weddings, funerals, and special events.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting flowers and arrangements that meet their needs.
- Manage cash handling and operate the POS system efficiently during transactions.
- Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality at all times.
- Assist with e-commerce orders, including processing online sales and preparing deliveries.
- Keep the shop organized and visually appealing by arranging displays and maintaining cleanliness.
- Engage in landscape maintenance tasks as needed to enhance outdoor displays.
- Utilize multilingual skills to assist a diverse clientele effectively.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in floral design or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with clients.
- Experience with cashiering and cash handling is essential.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and shop operations efficiently.
- Knowledge of garden care and landscape maintenance is beneficial.
- Proficiency in English; additional multilingual capabilities are highly desirable.
- A creative mindset with an eye for detail in floral design is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 35 per week
