As an aspiring leader in GHD Digital’s D-Lab practice (management consulting practice focused on Digital Strategy and Innovation), you will contribute to the success of the business by working directly with our clients and delivering impactful projects.

**Working with an upbeat and hard-working team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in**:

- Contribute to all aspects of building a practice though business development, client & community engagement with a focus on building GHD Digital’s brand.
- Advise and support Senior Leaders on issues to increase the value that Digital / Technology delivers within their organization, and help them overcome strategic challenges, transform, and innovate.
- Identify profit opportunities, think creatively and deliver valuable strategic program / project insights to business partners.
- Work as team to tackle Digital / Technology problems, helping our clients address their sophisticated business issues from strategy to execution.
- Contribute to the development of your own and your team’s technical acumen.
- Keep up to date with local, national, and global business and economic issues.

**What you will bring to the team (what they possess)**:

- A passion for helping clients solve some of the most pressing challenges of our time through the adoption of technology and emerging solutions.
- 1-3 years of consulting experience in a leading professional services firm, or 5 or more years of experience in Digital / Technology or IT roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology / IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field - graduate degree is an asset.
- Experience serving Public Sector, Water, Energy, or Food and Agriculture / Manufacturing is a plus.
- Knowledge of or experience with Innovation Management, Human Centered Design, and Strategic Change and Culture is an asset.
