HNT Tools Abbotsford, Sales and Stock Associate

**Location**: Abbotsford, BC
**Schedule**: Four days on, three days off, weekends required
**Compensation**: Based on experience and performance

Overview

As a Sales and Stock Associate at **HNT Tools**, you support the store leadership team and help deliver a great customer experience. You contribute to sales targets, restock efficiently during downtimes, and keep the sales floor organized and well presented.

What you will do
- Greet customers, assess needs, and recommend the right tools and accessories
- Drive add-on sales through strong product knowledge and attentive service
- Restock shelves, receive shipments, and maintain accurate inventory counts
- Keep displays clean, safe, and easy to shop
- Follow daily task lists and store procedures with mínimal supervision
- Use our POS and basic computer tools to complete transactions and look up items

What you bring
- Advanced tool knowledge recommended, trade or industry experience an asset
- Strong customer service skills, clear oral communication, friendly attitude
- Ability to work independently, follow set tasks, and manage time well
- Basic computer skills, POS experience preferred
- Weekend availability required

Schedule: Part Time - 2 Days a week (20 HRS) but flexible

Compensation is based on Performance and Experience.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
