**Chef de Cuisine - Watercolour**:
The Chef de Cuisine will be an integral part of the leadership team at Watercolour. They will manage the day to day kitchen operations, while contributing to the overall growth of the restaurant through collaboration and innovation. The individual selected for this role will be passionate about the culinary industry and creating a memorable experience for our guests.
**Responsibilities**:
- Contribute to creating an environment that is warm, welcoming, and filled with positivity for guests and employees
- Uphold our standards at all times and treat everyone with courtesy and respect
- Remain professional and poised during peak service hours
- Prepare dishes during service in a high paced and detail orientated kitchen
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Lead kitchen team to success through strong interpersonal skills and integrity
- Inventory management and purchasing
- Scheduling
**Requirements**:
- 7+ years restaurant experience
- 3+ years leadership experience
- Experience with Mediterranean cuisine is an asset
- Demonstrate positivity and possess a welcoming and enthusiastic can-do attitude
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Results-oriented and impeccably organized
- Strong leadership skills
- Culinary degree/diploma and/or the equivalent in education and experience
- Very competitive salary which will be based on experience
**Salary**: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
**Benefits**:

Schedule:
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Unionville, ON L3R 2G9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
