Clinic Supervisor

The primary function of the Clinic Operations Manager is to ensure the clinic is operating smoothly and efficiently and to provide day-to-day support for clinic employees. This role is accountable for: ensuring company policies and standard operating procedures are being followed and executed at clinic-level and fostering a client-focused experience for patients.

**Duties**:

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the the medical & aesthetic departments
- Ensure facility meets and exceeds standard cleanliness levels
- Create employee schedules and manage time off requests
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the healthcare industry
- Ensure high levels of customer service are being met. Phones are being answered in a timely and professional manner, referrals are being booked promptly.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions as necessary
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to address concerns, provide updates, and foster a positive work environment
- Maintain strong working knowledge of all products and service offerings
- Work closely with the marketing team to optimize monthly promotions and organize in-clinic events
- Work closely with Director of Operations to ensure optimal flow and efficiency of clinic operations
- Handle difficult patients and address patient concerns as needed
- Ordering of office supplies

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of medical and aesthetic operations and procedures
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems
- Familiarity with managing a team scheduling
- Understanding of medical policies, procedures, and regulations
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff, patients, and other stakeholders
- Knowledge of human resources practices related to hiring, training, and performance management

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
