Adco has the following vacancy for JM Fitters, _required immediately_:
**B2 Gold**

**Location**: The Goose Project, the B2 Gold mine in Nunavut, is located in the Back River Gold District. Specifically, it's situated in southwestern Nunavut, approximately 520 kilometers northeast of Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. This area is also roughly 75 kilometers southwest of Bathurst Inlet.

**Scope**: Adco Power has been contracted to support B2 Gold in completing the mechanical and electrical installation of the process plant.

Fitters:

- Responsible for the fabrication and installation of piping across multiple systems, including heating, fuel, air, domestic cold water, and others.
- Proficient in fitting and welding various sizes of carbon steel and stainless-steel piping.
- Build and install pipe supports, equipment brackets, and assist in the general installation of plant equipment.
- Provide support to the commissioning team as needed.

**Duration**: 2+months initially, with new site scope & rotations to follow thereafter.

**Start Date**:ASAP, fly in this coming week ideally**

**Rotation**: 4wks on/2wks off or 3/3, Day and night shifts required.

**Rate**: $46/hr JM to start + OT (anything over 8hrs/day + all wknd hrs, $66/hr contractor, Increase for dual ticket.

**Accommodations**: Camp facility. Single rooms reserved, or if wanting double room option additional $100/day. Camp provided meals/common areas/gym/weight room etc.

**Charter**: Direct to site from Edmonton 3 days/week and 2 days/week with stops in Yellowknife.

Travel provided.

*Experience working in the remote North a definite asset.

Pay: From $46.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 84 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- pipefitting: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Pipefitter/Steamfitter JM ticket (required)
