Position Title: Workday Lead Analyst**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**HR Strategy Support**:

- Lead the configuration and ongoing maintenance of HCM modules, supervisory organizations, and business processes.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Workday seamlessly into our HR operations.
- Continuously enhance system functionality and user experience.

**Workday Implementation and Optimization**:

- Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of HCM Workday modules.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth integration of Workday into HR workflows.
- Strive for continuous improvement in system functionality and user experience.

**Data Management and Reporting**:

- Manage employee and contingent worker data within Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards using Workday’s tools to support HR strategy and decision-making.
- Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with stakeholder needs.

**Process Enhancement**:

- Regularly evaluate and improve operational processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures.
- Provide training and mentorship to HR colleagues and end-users on Workday HCM functionality.

**Collaboration and Stakeholder Management**:

- Collaborate closely with HR business partners, IT, and other teams.
- Work with vendors and consultants to enhance Workday capabilities.
- Communicate system updates and changes to stakeholders effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5-7 years of experience with Workday HCM.
- Proven track record in managing Workday implementations and enhancements with a deep understanding of HR procedures and policies.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and strong in problem-solving, with a focus on improving HR processes and data accuracy.
- A self-starter and strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects while optimizing business processes.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influence skills.
