**Summary**:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, the incumbent of this position is responsible for the implementation and management of network solutions meeting the needs of a large business customer. This position represents a great technical opportunity to provide solution recommendations based on work done with the operations team and to provide service level assurance of the different managed components.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design networking solutions based on technical recommendations and performance management.
- Implement solutions and network migrations for the customer.
- Work with an automation platform to provide service level assurance and complement operations team management
- Produce drawings and specifications for achievement of tasks related to the selected solutions.
- Act as SME for the customer on related solutions
- Writing of recommendations to customer ensuring the quality of the documents produced and in an acceptable timeframe that satisfies the technical requirements between the customer and Bell
- Working directly with customer technical leads, Bell technical leads and supporting team members, in driving successful technical solution delivery based upon project timelines and expectations
- Produce and draft technical reports on request for the client or management.
- Support implementation of solutions during complex/critical changes.

**Critical Qualifications**:

- Minimum of five (5) years experience in the field of telecommunications
- Knowledge in LAN / WAN networks, SD-WAN, IP VPN (MPLS) service and wireless LAN technology (WLAN).
- Specific Knowledge of Cisco Meraki and Fortinet is an asset
- Ability to multi-task between implementation and service assurance in collaboration with operations team
- Ownership of outcomes, ability to learn and adapt quickly, deploy on time and on budget.
- Be comfortable following rigorous change management processes.
- Good writing, presentation and communication skills in either English and French
- Ability to work in a collaborative manner as well as autonomous with the ability to deliver with mínimal supervision

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
