Our priority is connecting with guests and helping them find the perfect product for their intended experience. High Ties Cannabis Store provides a safe shopping environment, featuring knowledgeable budtenders who answer burning questions and share their understanding, and passion for cannabis.**

**High Ties Cannabis Store is seeking a reliable delivery driver/budtender to join our team. In this hybrid position, your priority will be the safe and timely delivery of outgoing orders. When there are no delivery orders, you will fill in as a budtender while awaiting further deliveries. The current locations from which you will be appointed to collect deliveries from will be the following listed below**:

- **Tenth Line ( 2284 Tenth Line unit F4)**:

- **Blackburn (2518-2520 Innes rd)**:

- **Vanier (179 Montreal rd)**:

- **Rideau (484 Rideau street)**:

- **Tompkins ( 2A-385 Tompkins Ave.)**

**In both positions, you will have first face-to-face interactions with customers. High Ties seeks to stand out from competitors with friendly and exceptional customer service.**

**Deliveries will occur Monday, Tuesday ,Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11am-7pm. You begin your shift when the first delivery comes in for the day.If there isn't any delivery for the 6-8pm time frame, you will be able to head home at a earlier time then the scheduled 7pm.**

**Pay**:
**$16/hour**

**Plus tips and km will be paid out monthly for the appointed driver.**

**The Responsibilities**:
**Deliver high-quality products to customers in a safe and timely manner. Establish and maintain outstanding relations with customers. Verify ID to ensure standard minimum age requirement. Ensure the safety and security of products being delivered. Contact customers to confirm delivery details and. Review invoices and purchase requests to ensure accuracy. Must be flexible and adaptable to changing work shifts.**

**Comprehensive knowledge of the Cannabis industry (products and services). Strong time-management skills in order stay on track with delivery schedules. A customer-centric, courteous, and expedient delivery mindset. Excellent listening and communication skills. Ownership of individual awareness of product knowledge. A passion for cannabis products and drive to change the way the world sees cannabis.**

**An immaculately maintained vehicle with valid insurance. Familiarity with driving routes of the city and surrounding areas. Consistent access to and ability to use a recent smartphone (iPhone 5 / Android 4.4 or newer).**

**You must notify your vehicle insurance provider that you will be delivering cannabis as part of your job in your own vehicle.**

**You must be at least the minimum required legal age in Ontario and pass a police background check and provide a copy of the certificate. You will be required to complete a Cannsell license in order to legally be allowed to transport the products from the store to the customers. A copy of your Cannsell license will also be needed for your employee files.**
