Position: Window Coverings Marketing Distribution Field Representative

Location: Southern Ontario, Canada

**Job Description**:
Join our dynamic team as a Window Coverings Marketing Distribution Field Representative We are seeking a proactive individual to represent our company in introducing our products and services to potential clients in new subdivisions throughout Southern Ontario. As a Field Rep, you will be responsible for:

- Conducting door-to-door marketing to explain and introduce our window coverings services, products, and free estimate offerings.
- Setting up lawn signs, pole signs, and distributing flyers and business cards in target neighborhoods.
- Engaging with potential clients to provide a basic overview of our products and services.
- Occasionally utilizing a ladder to install pole signs.
- Utilizing a company car (or receiving a gas allowance if using personal vehicle) for transportation to and from marketing locations.
- Working flexible hours between 12pm-8pm, Monday to Friday, and occasionally Sundays.
- Being adaptable to work in various weather conditions.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be comfortable with walking for long periods of time and prepared for any weather condtions
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Comfortable with door-to-door marketing and engaging with potential clients.
- Physically capable of lifting and using a ladder when needed.
- Valid driver's license.
- Prior experience in sales or marketing is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
