**Main responsibilities**:

- Keep the shop, tools, and working bays clean and tidy.
- Complete cleaning of the workshop floor and emptying of the garage drain.
- Take out the garbage and maintain the cleanliness of the washing bay and aesthetics area.
- Cleaning and de-icing of attachments as required.
- Manage oils and bulk inventory (shop supplies).
- Organize and store shared tools and ensure their periodic maintenance and calibration.
- Maintain the welding room, including the filling of steel supplies.
- Distribute tools to technicians and conduct a monthly inventory of tools.
- Provide non-mechanical assistance to technicians, including the distribution of parts and tools.
- Retrieve parts and tools as needed to meet the demands of technicians.
- Return unused parts to the counter after service orders are complete.
- Assist in the distribution of staged parts.
- Collaborate with the Health and Safety Committee to implement their recommendations and promote a safe working environment.
- Assist the aesthetics team as needed.

**Requirements and skills**:

- Workshop cleaning and maintenance experience.
- Familiarity with managing oils, and bulk inventory.
- Skilled in organizing, storing, and maintaining tools, including conducting inventories.
- Ability to assist technicians with parts, tools, and tasks.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices and collaboration with safety committees.
- Teamwork skills.
