**Retail Loan Processor**

**Summer Student - Winnipeg Branches (Travel Required)**

**Starting salary - $19.00/hour**

**What will you be doing?**

The Retail Loan Processor I provides a high standard of administrative support to the lending department including completion, input and filing of documentation and preparation of correspondence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the loan processing team
- Assist with scanning loan documentation into our lending drive
- Assist with processing and clean up of loan documentation for Carpathia and Casera branches prior to technical merge
- Provide clerical support to lending staff including completion, input and filing of documentation and preparation of correspondence in an efficient and professional manner
- Process all required reports and documentation efficiently and accurately ensuring deadlines are met and policies and procedures are followed
- Prepare and maintain member-related files, databases and tracking systems
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve organizational objectives

**What do you need?**
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week during the months of May through August
- Demonstrated desire to serve others in a friendly and professional manner
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
- **Valid driver’s license and vehicle for personal use.**
